Smt. Meena Agarwal is the Director, NIFM and an officer of the Indian Railway Accounts Service, 1981 batch. She has served in the Indian Railways for over two decades in various capacities, including handling of the Budget Division of the Ministry of Railways for six years. Thereafter, for seven years she has been with the Ministry of Finance, as Joint Secretary, Department of Expenditure for five years and OSD, heading the newly formed Public Procurement Division for two years. She has worked as Chief Finance Officer of the Centre for Development of Telematics [C-DOT] on secondment.

Dr. S. S. Yadav has received his Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) Kanpur, MBA from University of Delhi, DESS (equivalent to M.Phil.) from University of Paris 2 and Ph.D. in management from University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, France. He teaches Corporate Finance, International Finance, International Business, and Security Analysis & Portfolio Management. His research interests are in all these areas and general management. He has been delivering lectures at various institutions in India as well as abroad.

Dr. Madhu Vij serves as Professor of Finance at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi where she has been teaching for over three decades. Her professional and teaching interests include the areas of International Finance, Risk Management, Banking and Financial Services, Corporate Finance and Accounting. She is actively involved in research, consultancy and training for several leading public and private organizations in the areas of Project Management, Strategic Financial Management, Case based method of learning and teaching, Finance for Non finance managers.

Dr. Shveta Singh is an Associate Professor and the Co-Area Chair of Finance at the Department of Management Studies (DMS), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Delhi), India. She is also the co-coordinator of the National Centre on Business Ethics, Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility (accredited by the National Foundation on Corporate Governance (NFCG)) at DMS. She has also received training by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), in the area of Corporate Governance.

Dr. Niti Nandini Chatnani is the Associate Professor at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. She is Ph.D. from Dr. Harisingh Gour University and Masters in Business Administration from Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore, with specialization in Finance. She has also qualified UGC’s NET exam for Eligibility for Lectureship in January 1991. Further, she has been a Merit Holder in Class XII and Class X CBSE exams. Her areas of interest include: Security Analysis & Portfolio Management; Commodity Trading and Price Risk Management; and Financial Management.

Dr. Smita Kashiramka is an Assistant Professor in the area of Finance at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. She holds a Ph.D from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Pilani Campus, in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions. She has more than nine years of academic experience along with a brief corporate experience in the insurance industry. Her areas of interest include Accounting, Indian Financial System, Corporate Restructuring and Financial Management. She has published papers in international and national journals of repute.
