Smt. Meena Agarwal

Director

Smt. Meena Agarwal is the Director, NIFM and an officer of the Indian Railway Accounts Service, 1981 batch. She has served in the Indian Railways for over two decades in various capacities, including handling of the Budget Division of the Ministry of Railways for six years. Thereafter, for seven years she has been with the Ministry of Finance, as Joint Secretary, Department of Expenditure for five years and OSD, heading the newly formed Public Procurement Division for two years. She has worked as Chief Finance Officer of the Centre for Development of Telematics [C-DOT] on secondment.
Dr. M.P. Gupta

Professor

Dr. M.P. Gupta is the Professor and Head, Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. He is also the area Chair of Information Systems & Coordinator-Center for Excellence in e-Gov at IIT Delhi. Known for his pioneering works in the area of e-governance, he has been spending significant amount of resources in developing cases, tools and frameworks to promote e-governance research in the country.

He is Professor & Financial Adviser at the National Institute of Financial Management. He is also Programme Chair, Financial Markets at the National Institute of Financial Management. He has over 25 years of experience in Teaching, Research and Consulting in Financial Management, Government & Commercial Accounting, Direct & Indirect Taxes and Financial Markets.
Ashish Verma

Dr. Ashish Varma is an Assistant Professor at Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad. He is PhD in Corporate Governance; FCMA (USA); FIPA (Australia); Fellow of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (Kolkata); PGDBM (Finance) from FORE School of Management; and B.Com (Honours) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University. He is also Visiting Professor at KIMEP Kazakhstan and IIM Raipur. He has total experience of 18 years of experience in Academics and Banking.
Dr. Smita Kashiramka

Dr. Smita Kashiramka is an Assistant Professor in the area of Finance at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. She holds a Ph.D from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Pilani Campus, in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions. She has more than nine years of academic experience along with a brief corporate experience in the insurance industry. Her areas of interest include Accounting, Indian Financial System, Corporate Restructuring and Financial Management. She has published papers in international and national journals of repute.

Dr. Ashutosh Das is the Associate Professor (finance) at Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon. He has graduated in both Commerce and Business Administration with finance specialization and holds a doctorate degree in Mergers & Acquisitions from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. He has qualified NET conducted by UGC and has pursued his Faculty Development Programme from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
Dr. Niti Nandini Chatnani

Dr. Niti Nandini Chatnani is the Associate Professor at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. She is Ph.D. from Dr. Harisingh Gour University and Masters in Business Administration from Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore, with specialization in Finance. She has also qualified UGC’s NET exam for Eligibility for Lectureship in January 1991. Further, she has been a Merit Holder in Class XII and Class X CBSE exams. Her areas of interest include: Security Analysis & Portfolio Management; Commodity Trading and Price Risk Management; and Financial Management.

Dr. S. N. Ghosh is the Consultant (Policy & Regulatory Framework) with DEA-NIFM Research Program, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, (London & Wales, UK), the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (UK), Institute of Cost and Management Accountant of India and PG Diploma in Labour Laws from the Indian Law Institute. He is also a Law Graduate and Member of India Arbitration Council.

Dr. V. K. Gupta is the Professor Finance and Accounting Area at Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He was Programme Director of Certificate Course in Business Management for Defence Officers. He has been teaching Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Programme, Fellow Programme in Management, Executive Post-Graduate Programme in Management, Faculty Development Programme, Certificate Course in Business Management for Defense Officers, Broadband Based Education Programme, Management Development Programmes and Professional Management Courses for over 20 years.
Dr. Shveta Singh

Dr. Shveta Singh is an Associate Professor and the Co-Area Chair of Finance at the Department of Management Studies (DMS), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Delhi), India. She is also the co-coordinator of the National Centre on Business Ethics, Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility (accredited by the National Foundation on Corporate Governance (NFCG)) at DMS. She has also received training by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), in the area of Corporate Governance.

(Finance), and Ph.D. (Finance) from Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, Delhi. He has teaching and research experience of more than 30 years. His areas of research, teaching and consultancy include Investment Decisions, Risk Analysis, Project Appraisal, Security Analysis, Fuzzy Decision Making and Financial Modeling.
Dr. S. S. Yadav

Dr. S. S. Yadav has received his Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) Kanpur, MBA from University of Delhi, DESS (equivalent to M.Phil.) from University of Paris 2 and Ph.D. in management from University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, France. He teaches Corporate Finance, International Finance, International Business, and Security Analysis & Portfolio Management. His research interests are in all these areas and general management. He has been delivering lectures at various institutions in India as well as abroad.
