M.A (Eco), M.B.A, Ph.D. (Com.)

                     Has contributed several research papers in national journals and presented papers in national and international conferences at various forums at IIM –Bangalore and IIM-Indore and has completed several seed money research projects of GOI. She has conducted Executive Development Programmes for executives in Corporate Sector and Senior Government Officials and has organized many national seminars and conferences.

                     She was Placement Coordinator and Convener- Research Advisory Committee at LBSIM, Delhi. As Chief - Coordinator of the research study on “Management of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme: Issues and Challenges” under the NCP Scheme of AICTE, MHRD, GOI.

                    She successfully completed a nationwide study spread across six states. Her areas of interest in teaching are Economic Environment of Business, Business Economics, International Economics, and Financial Services. Her present research interests are in the area of rural development, micro finance and Outsourcing. She is also actively working with an NGO dedicated to up-liftment and welfare of rural children.
